💳 Online Fee Payment
- • Online Fee Payment System is available for term fees.
- • Student or parent has to enter the admission number and password to login.
- • After login, select Online Fees Payment to view the fee due details.
- • To make an online payment, click Pay Online and choose Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking.
- • Kindly follow the instructions applicable to the selected payment option.
📜 Terms & Conditions
- 1. Detailed instructions are given in the login page for completed transactions, payment confirmation slips and failed transactions.
- 2. Once the Pay option is selected, you will be redirected to the payment gateway.
- 3. Payment normally takes a few seconds to a minute.
- 4. Once payment is successful, you will receive the payment confirmation slip.
- 5. If payment fails, the payment failure status will be displayed.
Delayed or Failed Response
- • If there is a heavy delay and you have not entered bank/card details, restart the payment.
- • If your account is debited, do not attempt to pay again.
- • Student account will be credited automatically.
- • If your account is not debited, make the payment again.
- • Always note your transaction reference.
🔒 Privacy Policy
- • Details provided by you are used only for receiving payments.
- • All information will be kept secure and confidential.
💰 Cancellation / Refund Policy
- • There is no cancellation option after payment.
- • In case of duplicate payment, contact the Accounts Department with transaction proof.
