Students Grievance Redressal

Students Grievance Redressal

Grievance Redressal primarily covers the receipt and processing of complaints regarding discontent in the institution. Grievance will be brought to the knowledge of the authority within three to four days and action will be taken on these issues raised by them.


The students express their dissatisfaction with reference to infrastructure, basic amenities, teaching methodologies etc.

Objectives

  • To identify, analyse the nature of the grievance, to solve the problem and strengthen the relationship.
  • To detect the flaws in the college premises and to ensure the corrective measures.
  • To build good morale, maintain code of discipline and develop the faith of the students.

Activities

  • Complaint Handling – Receives and resolves student grievances related to academics, facilities, or personal concerns.
  • Fair Inquiry & Resolution – Investigates complaints and ensures timely and just solutions.
  • Awareness Programs – Conducts sessions on students' rights and grievance procedures.
  • Feedback Mechanism – Collects and analyzes student feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Confidentiality & Support – Ensures a safe and supportive environment for students to express concerns.
